Entry prices in this market are built to look small. What matters is what a month of real traffic costs.
A 9 $ plan is 20 messages
That is one small retailer for two days. Priced per message it works out around 0.45 $ — roughly three times what our entry plan costs per message.
Our entry plan is 250 messages
39 € for 250 messages is 0.156 € each, and it is enough to run a real connection with a retailer from day one rather than a demo.
At 5,000 messages the gap widens
Our Scale plan is 159 € for the same volume that costs 249 $ elsewhere, and every plan includes certificate management rather than charging for it.

Pricing FAQ
Questions about what you will actually pay
What counts as a message?
One AS2 payload sent or received. An invoice you send is one message; an order you receive is one message. MDN receipts are not counted, in either direction, so acknowledging a message never costs you anything.
What happens if I go over my monthly messages?
Nothing stops. Your documents keep flowing and the extra messages are billed at 0.15 € on Starter, 0.10 € on Growth and 0.05 € on Scale. If you exceed the allowance two months running we will tell you, because moving up a plan is almost always cheaper than paying the overage.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Generating your certificate, creating your AS2 ID and endpoint, and helping you complete your partner’s AS2 form are all part of the monthly price.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Billing is monthly and you can stop whenever you like. It would be inconsistent to sell you a portable AS2 identity and then lock you in: the certificate and the AS2 ID are yours, so you can take the connection elsewhere without your partner changing anything.
What exactly is an “AS2 server” in these plans?
One AS2 identity: one AS2 ID, one certificate issued in one company name, and one endpoint. Most suppliers need exactly one. You need a second when you invoice under a second legal entity, or when a partner insists on a separate identity for a separate division.
What counts as a trading partner?
Each counterparty you exchange documents with over AS2 — a retailer, a manufacturer, a logistics operator or an EDI network. The number of documents you exchange with each one is covered by your message allowance, not by the partner count.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, and the change applies from your next billing month. You do not need a new certificate or a new AS2 ID to move between plans, so your partners never notice.
Why is there no free trial?
A real AS2 exchange needs your trading partner to configure their side, so a self-service trial would not prove anything. What we can do instead is tell you exactly what your partner requires and what it will cost before you commit to anything, and have your AS2 station ready in minutes once you do.
How large can a file be, and how long do you keep it?
Up to 5 MB per file, which is generous for EDI: an EDIFACT invoice is usually a few kilobytes. Messages, receipts and timestamps are retained for 12 months, so a full financial year of traceability is available when a partner disputes a delivery.
Which currency, and where does the service run?
Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. The service is operated inside the European Union, which is usually the answer your compliance team is looking for.
What is not included in the price?
We do not translate or validate the business content of your documents. Turning your ERP output into the EDIFACT or X12 your partner expects, and checking that an invoice adds up, belong to an EDI translator or your own systems. We move the file securely and prove it arrived.
I need more than 5,000 messages or many stations. What then?
That is the Custom plan, and it is a different conversation rather than a bigger number. It is built for EDI platforms and service providers that need twenty or more AS2 identities for their own client base, with a volume rate agreed up front.
